Education
Empowering communities through nutritional knowledge and Urban Agriculture. Our educational programs provide a platform for youth engagement and community growth.

Food Insecurity in Schools
Co-Harvest upgrades, installs, and maintains productive school garden spaces to grow fresh, organic produce directly on campus grounds. By managing high-yield crop production and soil health, they provide a reliable, local source of fresh food for school nutrition and campus pantry programs. Additionally, Co-Harvest engages students and community volunteers in hands-on agricultural practices, fostering long-term food literacy and sustainable food security.
Youth Outreach
We are dedicated to offering sustainable agriculture-based alternative education, employment, & drop-out prevention programs that engage local teens in land & community-based projects, working to break cycles of hunger, poverty, inequality, and oppression. Our educational programs include a for-credit work/study program for at-risk youth. Our outdoor workshops also involve public speaking, non-violent communication, conflict de-escalation, & healthy relationship building.
